How does it work?

Clients with wireless ReSound hearing aids can use the ReSound Control^TM app to adjust volume, change hearing aid programs, and control their other streaming devices – easily and intuitively, without touching their hearing aids.

Key benefits

Hearing aid volume control

Easily adjust the volume by swiping up or down on the volume bars. Your clients can also adjust the volume of each hearing aid independently for greater listening comfort.

Remote control of streamers

When your clients activate their ReSound TV Streamer 2, Micro Mic or Multi Mic, they can balance its volume with the volume of the sounds around them.

Change hearing aid programs

Your clients can select hearing aid programs and activate streaming devices with ease. And they can even rename their preferred programs.

Check connections at a glance

If your clients lose a connection, they can check the Link screen. The broken connection will show as red and tapping on the exclamation mark will explain how to reconnect.

Take control of your wireless hearing aids

The ReSound Control app lets your clients switch hearing aid programs or control their other streaming devices. For example, switch to a sound setting for restaurants when out dining, or choose the ReSound TV Streamer 2 as the streaming device when watching the TV and adjust the volume accordingly, all from the app.

ReSound Control app and compability

The ReSound Phone Clip+ is required for use with the ReSound Control app. The app is available for iPhone, iPod or iPod touch running iOS 7 or later. The app is optimised for iPhone 5. It is also available for Android^TM smartphones running version 2.3.5 or later (not all Android smartphones are compatible).
